NO HIDDEN FEES

Purchase of Ordinance Survey Map required for applications; generally in the region of £25 - £30.

Required to design foundations and structure and provide a SER Certificate; fee quotes will be sought and provided for your approval.

More complex projects may require other consultants; if required fee quotes will be obtained for your approval.

Application fees are required for both your planning application and Building Warrant application. These fees vary dependent on the project and cost of the project. you will be advised after the initial meeting of the expected fees.

The tender package will be issued electronically in a PDF format, if contractors require printed paper copies of the drawings you will be advised of the costs involved.

Should you decided to amend your design after submission for Planning Approval and or Building Warrant Approval there will be  an additional fee in relation to the drawings being altered; generally kept below £100 unless major changes are involved;  and a fee from the local authorities regarding changing the submission which is generally £50.
