I am an Architect with 30+ years of experience gained in small and national practices. 

I have designed and managed projects ranging from house extensions, one off bespoke house designs, multimillion pound retail developments and even military projects in the UK and abroad.

I am registered with the ARB and the RIAS and fully insured to practice as an Architect affording you the protection that goes along with employing a professional Architect.

• Initial free consultation and advice .
• Provide concept designs.
• Develop concept and submit Planning Application.
• Develop details and submit Building Warrant Application.
• Prepare tender package, issue tenders, advise on contractor to appoint.
• Administer project on your behalf, undertaking the CDM 2105 duties that you as a domestic client are responsible for.
• Obtain Completion Certificate from Building Control.
